Trans Musings Re: Skincare, Beauty
I've always had very severe Keratosis Pilaris, like pretty much covering the entirety of my body. It was never really a problem before, because who cares if my skin was rough?
Transitioning has made me much more self-conscious of it. The desire for my skin to be as soft and smooth as the people I've been lucky enough to touch. For once I feel the need to actually try to take care of it. It's a good feeling, even if it comes from a bad place.
